TICKETING 101: It's okay to feel overwhelmed with the inner box office workings of a festival -- some days we don't 'get it' either. This year's schedule showcases 70 unique film choices -- some are scheduled at the same time, so if you're a hard-core cinephile you could see more than 40 film presentations! Here's a rundown of pricing for this year's EIFF. GST is included, but a small service fee will be added.
REEL DEAL (all-access Festival Pass) | $160 until Sept. 30
SIX-PACK (6 regular films for the price of 5 - share between friends!) | $75 until Sept.30
Subway® LUNCHBOX SHORTS 5-Pack | $50 until Sept. 30
PEARL JAM TWENTY (Special Presentation): $15 in advance or at the door / REEL Deal Passes ARE vaild for this screening. No 6-Packs.
Haven Social Club screenings: $15 at the door
Our Own Backyard shorts: $10 come and go all day for all SHORT FILM packages.
EIFF U screenings: $10 - everyone is welcome!

TICKETING FAQ's:
NEW THIS YEAR: Whether you're making your PASS purchase ONLINE or IN PERSON, you will receive a bar-coded e-Ticket. DON'T LOSE THIS E-TICKET! When passes are available in September, you'll be able to exchange your e-ticket for your Official Pass & Lanyard. Watch our website & e-newsletter updates for news on WHEN & WHERE Passes will be available for PICK-UP.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
If you'd like to pay by Visa or Mastercard, no need to come in to the office - just purchase online and print off your e-ticket.
REEL DEAL 'All Access' Festival Pass: Purchase your REEL DEAL Pass online and you will receive an E-TICKET, which you will need to exchange for your PASS in September. We will update THIS SITE when passes are available for pick-up, with full instructions on WHERE and WHEN you can pick up your pass. If you purchase online and enter a valid email address through YEG Live, you'll also receive an emailed reminder when passes are available for pickup.
Passes are good for access to ALL EIFF 2011 films, including Special Presentations, Opening Night, and Closing Night Films. A REEL DEAL Pass also gives you access to ALL EIFF parties, including Opening & Closing Night.
6-Packs: your e-ticket is good for up to SIX individual tickets - share them with friends, or use them all yourself...the choice is yours. On the day of your screening, simply present your 6-Pack e-ticket at the door, and EIFF staff and volunteers will scan you in. It's really that simple! 6-Pack tickets are good for ALL REGULAR SCREENINGS. That's all films priced at $15 or less. The ONLY films you won't be able to get into with a 6-PACK are OPENING and CLOSING NIGHT films (and after-parties following these 2 films).
Subway® Lunchbox Shorts 5-Pack: your e-ticket is good for up to FIVE individual tickets - share them with friends, or use them all yourself...the choice is yours. On the day of your screening, simply present your 5-Pack e-ticket at the door, and EIFF staff and volunteers will scan you in. It's really that simple! Subway® Lunchbox Shorts 5-Pack tickets are good for Lunchbox Shorts screenings ONLY.
