What are the EIFF office hours?
Weekdays 9am to 6pm. Saturdays from noon to 3pm.
EIFF is located where?
Suite #201, 10816A – 82nd Avenue.
On the north side of Whyte Avenue, second floor above Café Coral Cuba.
When will tickets be available for EIFF 2012?
Passes and select individual tickets will be available starting at 9am on August 15.

What do I get with the REEL DEAL Pass?
You save a lot of money if you plan on attending several of our screenings. See as many films as you want, check out the Galas and Special Presentations. All you have to do is show your Pass and you're in – seating for Passholders is only held open until 30-minutes before showtime. And, they’re fully transferable, so if you can’t go – give it to a friend.
What if I lose or can't use my REEL DEAL pass?
Unfortunately we can't give you a refund. However, we are sure someone will want to buy it off you...who wouldn't want to be a VIP?
